Qualification: Graduation / Preferably Masters

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry.

Location: Korangi Industrial, Karachi

Responsibilities:

· Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department including appropriate cleaning of all offices, seating areas, washrooms, Production areas, cafeterias and public spaces.

· Establish and maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

· Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.

· Manage the daily activities of housekeeping to provide a comprehensive housekeeping service for the plant including all production areas, outdoors, indoors, demonstrating consistent quality, efficiency and effectiveness to enhance employee care.

· Actively support the timely ordering and cost effective use of cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies.
